Use of the service
By using The Agentic Wire you agree not to: scrape the site at scale, republish full article briefs without permission, or attempt to bypass access controls on Pro content. Free-tier reading is, well, free — please enjoy it.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Paddle, our merchant of record. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-year are not pro-rated unless required by local law.
Mobile subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are governed by the respective platform's terms. Cancellations on mobile must be made through the platform's subscription management — we cannot process them.
Refunds
We'll refund any Pro subscription within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After that, we'll handle refunds on a case-by-case basis — email billing@agenticwire.com.
Content licensing
Our editorial content (briefs, weekly editions, monthly editions, AI Q&A answers) is © The Agentic Wire and licensed for personal use. Linked source articles belong to their respective publishers and we take no rights in them.
Quoting or excerpting our work is allowed under fair use with a link back. Wholesale republication is not.
Disclaimers
We work hard to be accurate but do not guarantee correctness or completeness of any individual brief. Nothing on this site is investment advice. The service is provided as-is, without warranty.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect.
